Help! Website will not allow me to log in

If you are trying to type in your username & password and the page is not responding or is stuck on another

username & password and you cannot switch to yours, it is possible your Internet Browser is full and cannot store any more data.

You may need to "clean" your browser.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options

Find Browsing history and click the Delete button.

This will allow you to clear out cookies and stored passwords.

After you have done this, attempt to log back in to your account.
