Help! I have a Mac-running Bootcamp and Windows and I can't download worklist.

If you are attempting to download the RadWorklist on a Mac running Bootcamp and Windows* and are having issues with internet speed and downloads, please follow these steps:

  • Please check your network connections.
  •  If you have both wireless and a wired network access, make sure your computer is not trying to use both at the same time. Accessing two networks at once could be causing an issue.
  • Unplug the wired connection and leave the wireless connected. Attempt to download a small file such as Adobe Flashplayer.  http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  •  You should be able to download this small program now. If you can, please connect the wire again and disable the wireless so you’re only accessing one network.
  •  Attempt to download the worklist once more and you should have better results.

*The RadWorklist can be accessed online and used with Osirix on a Mac without having to use Bootcamp. If you need instructions on how to use this configuration, please let us know.
