Benefits of using BounceNet

There are many issues that can arise when DICOM sending images to an offsite server.

Slow upload speeds

Dropped images

Bad network connections

Failed sends

Instead of sending your images all the way across the internet to a server that may be on the other side of the world, we have a software program called Bounce that can be installed on your computer that will send your images for you. Your images will only have to travel to your local server, and Bounce does the rest of the work for you.

Bounce is a compression software program that creates a smoother, faster, uninterrupted send, and ensures that your images are sent successfully to your online account. Unlike many DICOM packages, Bounce will actually retrying to send images, instead of stopping after 2 attempts. The continual connection testing stops the program when no network connection is present.

Installation takes about 15-30 minutes. Bounce must be installed on a computer that is always on when sending images, and has a Static IP address. Bounce acts as a middleman between your x-ray system and our server. It works behind the scenes, so as long as it is running you do not have to think about it.

The cost is a one-time fee of $200.

Please let us know if you'd like to give Bounce a try. If you do not see a difference in your sending speed we will uninstall and you will not be charged.
