If you keep getting an error in the worklist that says it has to close and to contact support, it’s possible there is a corrupt .NET cache.

On Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1

Navigate to:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps

Delete the 2.0 folder

Reboot

Reinstall the worklist and any other .NET applications you use.

On Windows XP:

Navigate to:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\LocalSettings\Apps\2.0

Delete the 2.0 folder

Reboot

Reinstall the worklist and any other .NET applications you use.

If Radworklist or RadBounce fails to install with error: "A referenced assembly is missing from your computer" and the type is COMException. Delete the app cache and reinstall the programs.
