It's most likely that your computer doesn't have a static IP address, therefore on reboot, the computer obtained a new address.|
Your DICOM software that is sending to Bounce is expecting to find it at 192.168.0.7:108
Open the Bounce software (Right click icon by the clock and then click restore) This will open the interface for bounce and show you what your machine's current IP address is. It should be written out on the status bar of the program. Once you have this information change the IP address in your dicom software to the correct address.
If you find that the IP address has changed you'll need to contact your IT people and get them to make your dicom and bounce machines always have a static IP address. Or you can have them change the dicom software to use the "machine name" instead. They can contact us for help with that.
If you find the address is still the same as the old one, check the upper log in Bounce for the words "UNABLE TO LISTEN" if you see this another piece of software on the computer is conflicting with your Bounce software.
