DVMInsight Client Set Up Procedure (COMPANY ONLY)

The procedure we take to set up your client on the DVMInsight platform is outlined below, please let us know if you have any questions.

1. Your new client completes the DVMInsight New Client Account Request Form under the For New DVMInsight Clients section on www.dvminsight.net. The completed form is submitted to DVMInsight Support via Submit a Ticket or email at support@dvminsight.net. If your client calls DVMInsight Support at 866-669-8090, we will ask for this information but they need to tell us the name of your company in order to set up.

 

2. DVMInsight Support will set up an account and follow up with your client using the template below. If DVMInsight Support is familiar with your client’s imaging software, we will assist with setting up our server as a destination for them to send images to. If DVMInsight Support is not familiar with the system, or if changes need to be made, we will recommend contacting their vendor for assistance.

 

3. Once their imaging system is set up, or their system does not have DICOM transfer capability, you client will reach out to us at their convenience for training on requesting a report and the platform. We can be reached at 866-669-8090 Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm EDT.

4. Once training is complete, the following email will be sent with the written instructions for reference. We encourage them to visit our support website at www.dvminsight.net or call us/submit a ticket if they need any technical assistance.
