If you are receiving email alerts to read cases, yet your worklist doesn't show any cases to read after clicking Get Server Worklist button, please try these steps:
1). Make your computer is connected to the internet
2). Make sure your computer has the current date and time
3). Make sure your worklist is configured for your use by clicking on the options tab and confirming this.
4). Make sure the worklist date range is current.
5). If the cases were sent to First Available, they may have been claimed already. You can verify this by accessing the cases in the radportal.
If after performing these checks, you still do not see cases in your worklist, please open a ticket for assistance.
