How do I cancel a pending report?

If the case is still pending to the First Available, then you can cancel the request from your account on www.dvminsight.com:

1. Log in and click Submit Request

2. Find the case under Cases with Reports Pending and click Cancel Report

 

If the case has been submitted directly to, or claimed by a Consultant, then you will not be able to cancel the request and the following message will display:

We recommend contacting your Consultant or Company to request the report be cancelled. Click here for instructions on finding their contact information.
