First Available STAT Override

It is possible to have your STAT cases that are submitted to First Available automatically pushed to the DVMIStat service!

Log in to www.dvminsight.com as the Administrator of your company.

(If you do not know your Administrator username and password, contact us by phone or  ticket): 

Select Case Management

Select FA STAT Override

On the page that opens, use the tools to manage the override.

This has to be done manually when you want cases to go to DVMIStat and turned off when you do not.

The top of the page will tell you your Company’s current override Status- ON or OFF

 

TO TURN THE OVERRIDE ON:

Set the End Date and Time and your Time Zone.

Click the button that says : Turn ON or UPDATE Override 

After clicking this button, the time will be converted to UTC (the servers are in this Time Zone)

 

TO TURN THE OVERRIDE OFF:

The override will automatically turn off at the time you designated when you enabled the service.

Should you need to turn the service off prematurely, click the button that says: Immediately Turn Override OFF
