Update your time zone for DVMInsight cases

For all users of DVMInsight - clinics, company admins, and readers. 

In order to see case/image submission times in your local time zone, please do the following: 

Clinics: Log into dvminsight.com, go to My Profile, then Hospital, then click the Diagnostics tab. Time zone is at the top of this page. Click the Update Record button to save changes.

Company admins: Log into dvminsight.com, go to User Management, then My Profile, then click the Diagnostics tab. Time zone is at the top of this page. Click the Update Record button to save changes.

Readers: Log into the Rad Portal, go to Profile Management, then My Profile. Time zone is at the bottom of your profile page. Click the Update button to save changes.

This will make the date/time images were received, and the date/time reports were requested and confirmed, appear in your chosen time zone. Case status log entries will remain in UTC.
