The worklist has the ability to save reports to your computer locally. If you are working on a report and decide you need to save it to finish at a later time, click the ”Save” button at the top of the Report form. If you are working on a report and lose internet connection, the worklist will save your report locally. To complete and send a report that you saved locally, open the same report. Click the "Load" button at the top of your Report form. You should get your text back. Then click "Confirm." If "Confirm" is greyed out, keeping you from clicking it, click the "Amend" button instead. This will allow you to send the case to the server. | |
