Client Management Policy
At DVMinsight, we have adopted a simple client management policy to make sure Radiologists and their clients are happy with the service they are provided.

Client Set-up:

When we are approached to sign up a client to use the DVMinsight platform, we ask if the clinic currently has a Radiologist and if they do, we contact that Radiologist with their client's request to use our platform to send them cases for review.

Client Migration:

When a client is already associated with one reading company and we are asked to move them to another company, we must have a request in writing from the client expressing this change.
