<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>**If you need to contact your Radiologist**</strong></span></p>
<p>You can find their information by logging into your online account and clicking the Support menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page. If your Radiologist has contact information available, it will be displayed there.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>**</strong><strong>If you need Emergency after-hours assistance</strong><strong> **</strong></span></p>
<p>Please call our toll free number and follow the prompts to be forwarded to our after-hours emergency team. Please be advised that these calls should only be emergency in nature and all general questions will be answered the following business day.</p>

<p>If you are an <strong>existing client </strong>and would like to submit a case for review, you will need to log into your Teleradiology account one of the following ways:</p>
<p>1). Visit your Radiologist's website and log in from there.</p>
<p>2). Visit <a href="http://www.dvminsight.com/">www.dvminsight.com</a> and log in to access your cases.</p>
<p>If you need assistance logging into your online account, please click<strong> Submit a Ticket </strong>(which will walk you through creating an email for help) and we will assist you.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you are a <strong>new client</strong>, a member of our Technical Support Team needs to help you create your account for Teleradiology submissions.</p>
<p>To have us create a new account for you, please click <strong>Submit a Ticket </strong>and select: <strong>Request for New Client Registration </strong>as the department and then provide us with the following information:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hospital Name &amp; Address</li>
<li>Phone &amp; Fax numbers</li>
<li>Primary email address</li>
<li>Contact person at your clinic for the set up</li>
<li>How you heard about us. For example, if your Radiologist asked you to contact us to get set up, please let us know.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you register for an account on this website, it will <strong>ONLY </strong>create an account for the technical support website.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, this does not set you up with an account to submit cases for review. Please don't hesitate to <strong>Submit a Ticket</strong> for assistance.</p>
