Help! I am not receiving emailed case alerts. (Radiologist Only)

Due to the volume of emails we send out, certain ISP companies could block us or label us as spam intermittently.

There are a few things you can do to fix this:

1). Call your ISP, as their client, and tell them that "Vital patient medical records" are being blocked and their spam software is interfering with vital information getting to its destination. You should use that language and tell them you are a Doctor and need your emails from us.

2). We can set up text message alerts for your cases. We just need your cell phone number and your provider.

3). You can set up a Gmail account for your alerts and have it forward the emails to your regular email address.
That way you only check one email and your regular email will see Gmail as the sender and probably won't flag it as spam.

4). Check your worklist frequently for new case submissions.
