Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.
For assistance during normal business hours, submit a ticket to DVMInsight Technical Support. If you submit a ticket outside of our business hours, your ticket will be answered the following business day.
If you need emergency after-hours assistance, please submit a critical ticket or call our toll free number at 866-669-8090.

Please contact your company for any questions regarding billing or turn-around times. Contact information for your company can be found through your account onwww.dvminsight.com. Select Reader/Consultant Contact Information from the Support drop down menu.
