You will continue to view news, knowledge articles, and begin conversations (formerly "submitting a ticket") with the DVMInsight Support team. Any links or URLs that you have bookmarked or saved may need to be updated.
To submit a request for assistance from the DVMInsight Support team, click Start a conversation in the top right of the page. Complete the form and click Send. You will receive an email with a link to the conversation and invitation to join DVMInsight on Kayako. Creating an account with the DVMInsight Help Center benefits you by providing easy access to conversations with support, auto-fill capability for future conversations, and email notifications with important News.
A knowledgebase with information about using DVMInsight (dvminsight.com) are available as Articles. Important announcement including system issues, upcoming releases, and support holiday closures will be posted to News and emailed to those with registered accounts on dvminsight.net.
